The board of the Central California Women’s Conference is honoring 62 nonprofits serving women and children with grants totaling $101,000.


The organizations will be recognized at a grant reception May 4.

To date, the Central California Women’s Conference has donated more than $800,000 to Valley nonprofits, providing an array of services from mammograms to food, shelter, clothing education and more.

“Supporting women and children in our community is an integral part of this conference and we are grateful to be able to contribute to organizations who focus their work on assisting their many and varied needs,” said Tricia Holt, CCWC vice-president.
