A new Pizza Factory location is coming to Clovis next year.

The franchise will be run by Pavenijt and Sukhbir Dhillon.

The new Pizza Factory restaurant will be located at 3771 Shaw Ave. The Clovis location is expected to open in Spring 2022, expanding the reach of Pizza Factory’s fresh, never frozen hand-tossed pizzas and diverse menu offerings to the brand’s extensive fan-base in California.

“Pizza has always been an American staple, and we are excited to showcase Pizza Factory’s fresh options and develop community connections in Clovis,” said Pavenijt Dhillon. “Our extensive business knowledge from previous franchise and business endeavors made going into the restaurant industry a no brainer. We were excited to hear about the flexible build-out options Pizza Factory offers, which definitely showed us the growth potential the brand has for its existing owners. Pizza Factory definitely provides an exceptional opportunity for the future success of entrepreneurs. The brand’s executive team was another indicator that we made the right choice with ownership given their strong focus on franchisee support.”

Pavenjit has a longstanding history in the state of California as an accountant while her husband Sukhbir brings forth extensive franchise knowledge, previously operating a Subway restaurant and assisting his family at the liquor stores they’ve owned for years. Together, the couple brings 20-plus years of experience to the table—analyzing business models to identify key elements in order to drive value, developing a bond with customers to ensure repeat business and more, according to a new release.

“It’s exciting when our growing family includes seasoned, local business professionals, as it shows they believe in the resources present in Pizza Factory’s business model” said Pizza Factory CEO Mary Jane Riva. “I’m confident Pizza Factory will seamlessly become a part of the Clovis community which in turn will help to foster a loyal following of new Pizza Factory fans. As our brand continues to thrive, we are thrilled to have the Dhillon’s on our team to continue to drive our initiatives within new communities while being dedicated to upholding Pizza Factory’s traditions.
