The Fresno County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) invites you to join us for a fun informative event — the 21st Annual Real Estate Forecast, a trusted platform for insight, analysis and connection in one of California’s fastest-evolving real estate markets. The event will take place on Thursday, April 16 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Downtown Fresno.

The doors open at 3:30 p.m., with food and networking opportunities. The program begins at 4:30 p.m., and a hosted networking reception will follow until 8 p.m.

For two decades, this event has brought together industry leaders, developers, investors, and civic stakeholders to assess market trends, anticipate market shifts, and shape what comes next. This year’s theme — RALLY FOR THE VALLEY — will reflect the best of our “Bulldog” spirit, providing a fun, interactive and informative program.  

The forecast features leading voices in the industry as they recap the past year, explore today’s market dynamics, and deliver insights on trends shaping the future of real estate. Come to learn more about the Fresno County Economic landscape and how the real estate market fuels it.
