On May 8, people in the Central Valley will wake up to a new Dunkin’ Donuts location inside the Madera Walmart.

The coffee and doughnut franchise will celebrate its second location in the Valley with special giveaways to the first 100 customers, a $150 gift card to the first person in line and a $50 gift card to the second and third guests in line, according to a press release from the company.

Mayor Andy Medellin will be on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony at 9 a.m.

As part of the grand opening, Dunkin’ Donuts will also be making a donation to Valley Children’s Hospital.

The restaurant will be open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week and will have free Wi-Fi for its guests.

The Valley’s first Dunkin’ Donuts opened at the Hanford Mall in March 2017.
