Granville Homes, in conjunction with 10 local nonprofits and local dignitaries, will raffle off the 11th annual Granville Home of Hope at 6 p.m. today.

The Granville Home of Hope has raised more than $3.5 million for community-based organizations since 2006. Only 5,000 tickets will be sold with the goal of raising $500,000. One hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit 10 local organizations.

The home that is being given away is a Canvas 3 Plan from the all-new Canvas Collection and is fully loaded with new tech features not seen in any current Granville Homes. This year’s 2,079 square-foot home is valued at $375,000 and is located in the new master-planned Belterra community near Fowler and Clinton avenues.
