The new space at 530 West 21st St., Suite A, will be led by Kyle Hampton, who has more than 13 years of litigation experience as founder of Hampton Firm specializing in civil trials and appeals.

He regularly represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of areas including disputes between businesses to the protection of an individual’s rights and property, according to a news release. Hampton has represented a variety of clients including individuals, small businesses, developers, growers, dairies and banks.

The firm is thrilled to open its second location just weeks after celebrating its fourth anniversary. Founded in 2018, WTJ was started by former McCormick partners Tim Thompson, Marshall Whitney, Mandy Jeffcoach and Niki Cunningham.

The firm’s experience includes various areas of law, including business transactions, business and commercial litigation, professional malpractice defense and liability, construction and real estate law, estate and trust litigation, employment consulting and litigation and health care law.
