After its debut in Fresno last year at the Marketplace at El Paseo, national chain Teriyaki Madness will celebrate the grand opening of its second restaurant on Friday, Feb 27.

The brand’s expansion will be marked by an opening-weekend celebration featuring deals on chicken teriyaki bowls this Friday and Saturday beginning at 10 a.m.

Teriyaki Madness’ newest restaurant will offer junior and regular chicken teriyaki bowls for $6 on Friday, Feb. 27 and 28, as well as giveaways, including free Teriyaki Madness for a year and more.

The restaurant, located at 1916 E. Copper Ave., Suite 104, near Northpointe Animal Hospital, will operate from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

Founded in Las Vegas in 2003, the Seattle-style teriyaki restaurant features recipes originally developed in the 1970s at Toshi’s Teriyaki Grill; in popularizing the style, Teriyaki Madness specializes in the technique, marinating a sweet soy-ginger blend grilled over an open flame and drizzled with teriyaki sauce.

Teriyaki Madness operates over 200 locations in the U.S. and has been recognized as a Franchise 500 company by Entrepreneur Magazine and has received several Top 50 rankings for Franchise Satisfaction by Franchise Business Review.
