According to the latest report from CoreLogic, Fresno Valley foreclosure rates among outstanding mortgage loans was 0.51 percent for June, a decrease of 0.14 percentage points compared with June 2015.


Foreclosure activity in Fresno was lower than the national foreclosure rate, which was 0.95 percent for June 2016.

Also in Fresno, the mortgage delinquency rate decreased in June, with 2.16 percent of mortgage loans 90 days or more delinquent compared with 2.33 percent for the same period last year.

Madera area foreclosures among outstanding mortgage loans was 0.55 percent for June, a decrease of 0.36 percent compared with June 2015. Also in Madera, the mortgage delinquency rate decreased in June. According to CoreLogic data, 2.44 percent of mortgage loans were 90 days or more delinquent compared with 2.87 percent for the same period last year.

The Hanford-Corcoran area’s foreclosure rates among outstanding mortgage loans was 0.65 percent for June 2016, a decrease of 0.21 percent compared with June 2015. Kings County’s mortgage delinquency rate also decreased in June, with 2.76 percent of mortgage loans 90 days or more delinquent compared with 3.08 percent for the same period last year.

The Visalia-Porterville area’s foreclosure rate among outstanding mortgage loans was 0.51 percent for June 2016, a decrease of 0.22 percentage points compared with June 2015. Tulare County’s mortgage delinquency rate also dropped in June, when 2.38 percent of mortgage loans were 90 days or more delinquent compared with 2.52 percent for the same period last year.
