Notice is hereby given by the City of Clovis that the City Council, on March 12, 2018, adopted A Resolution of Intention to Annex Territory to Community Facilities District and to Authorize the Levy of Special Taxes Therein (the “Resolution of Intention”) stating its intention to annex the territory (Annexation #52) to the City’s Community Facilities District No. 2004-1 (Police and Fire Services) (the “District”), pursuant to Mello Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982, Sections 53311 and following, California Government Code (the “Act”). NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW OF A PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, April 16, 2018, at 6:00 p.m., a public hearing will be conducted in the Council Chamber of the Clovis Civic Center, 1033 Fifth Street, Clovis, CA 93612. The Clovis City Council will consider the following item:
A. Consider approval of the 2018 Draft Parks Master Plan including the community needs assessment, inventory and level of service analysis, and recommended actions.
The Planning Commission recommends approval of the 2018 Draft Parks Master Plan.
A Negative Declaration has been completed for this Project pursuant to Section 15070 of CEQA. Recommendation of a proposed Negative Declaration does not necessarily mean this project will be approved. Hard copies and electronic copies of the proposed Negative Declarations for these/this projects may be reviewed and/or obtained at the City of Clovis Planning and Development Services, 1033 Fifth Street, Clovis, California, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
All interested parties are invited to comment in writing to the Engineering Division by no later than 3:00 p.m. on April 16, 2018, and/or to appear at the hearing described above to present testimony in regard to the above listed request. PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF STREET EASEMENT AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF COPPER AND MILLBROOK AVENUES
The Council of the City of Fresno, State of California, pursuant to the provisions of the Public Streets, Highways, and Service Easements Vacation Law, being Sections 8300-8363 of the California Streets and Highways Code, has adopted Resolution of Intention No. 1120-D to vacate a portion of East Copper Avenue at North Millbrook Avenue, and vacate a portion of a Public Utility Easement in Outlot A and Lots 1 through 4 of Tract Map No. 6099.
Resolution of Intention No. 1120-D sets the hour of 10:00 a.m. on April 5, 2018, in the Council Chambers in the Fresno City Hall, when all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation may appear before the Council and offer evidence in relation thereto.
