Mercedes-Benz of Fresno unveiled a $4 million renovation to its North Palm Avenue dealership on April 14, 2026, drawing Mayor Jerry Dyer and a packed crowd to the transformed 56,331-square-foot facility.
The dealership spent eight months under construction — crews working around the clock — to deliver a reimagined showroom with 55-inch touchscreen kiosks, an open service floor that eliminates the private cubicles that long defined the car-buying experience and a fleet of 120 no-cost loaner vehicles for customers.
General manager KC Cheema distilled the investment’s purpose simply: “The majority of the money was spent to make sure that the guests have a faster and very good experience.”
The loaner vehicles are meant for convenience. Customers can use them at no cost, with or without an appointment, Cheema said.
“All I need is your driver’s license and insurance card,” he said. “You can go ahead and resume your life while we figure out how we can get you back on the road in your car.”
The facility is owned by Alpha Auto Group, a Toronto-based auto retail consolidator that acquired it from Dealer Principal Scott Biehl in December 2022.
