Fresno-based property management firm Manco Abbott has expanded with a new office in Boise, Idaho.

The expansion is the result of a current client requesting full-service property management for a property in Boise. After seeing the potential for increased growth in the region, the new office was born.

“We are always looking for new opportunities and are excited to bring our skills and talent to Boise,” said Michael Goldfarb, Manco Abbott CEO. “Expanding into this new market signifies our commitment to growth. We look forward to the jobs that this expansion will create and the positive impact we can make in southern Idaho.”

Manco Abbott, which celebrates its 45th anniversary this year, manages more than 200 commercial and multi-family properties totaling nearly 10 million square feet.

Manco Abbott currently has offices in Fresno as well as the Central Coast in Carmel. It has a team of more than 135 employees.
