The arrest capped a three-month investigation of allegations that a person was using social media sites to sell marijuana vaping products to minors under the name “STIIZY.” Detectives said they sent a minor decoy to meet the suspect and purchase some of the vape pods, after which he was arrested.

The investigation was made possible due to a $552,000 grant to enforce tobacco laws in regards to minors by the Department of Justice.
