A nearly 50,000-square-foot industrial lease and two Fresno property sales led the latest round of commercial real estate activity reported in the Central Valley.
Charles Matoian Enterprises, Inc. leased a 49,803-square-foot industrial building at 2155 E. Muscat Ave. in Fresno from the California Highspeed Rail Authority. Nick Audino, SIOR, and Kyle Riddering of Newmark Pearson Commercial were the agents in cooperation with Bob Gibson of Coolidge Street Real Estate Partners.
The Better Business Bureau purchased a 12,399-square-foot single-story office building at 2550 W. Shaw Ave. in Fresno from Fresno County Federal Credit Union. Nick Sorensen and Phil Souza of Newmark Pearson Commercial were the agents in cooperation with James Bitter of Fortune Associates.
The Better Business Bureau is in the process of moving into the new space, which will become a hub for expanded business support services.
In another sale, Elegance Hospitality, Inc. purchased two parcels totaling 1.72 acres at 1925 and 1945 Yale Ave. in Fresno from the Mary Stefanelli Living Trust dated April 10, 1992. The property includes a 15,000-square-foot freestanding industrial office/warehouse building. Nick Audino, SIOR, Kyle Riddering and Phil Souza of Newmark Pearson Commercial were the agents.
The week’s reported activity also included an 11,830-square-foot office lease renewal at 10 E. River Park Place, Suites 208 and 240, in Fresno for Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo, A Professional Law Corporation, from the State Compensation Insurance Fund. Phil Souza and Nick Sorensen of Newmark Pearson Commercial handled the transaction.
Industrial and retail leases
In Madera, S and S Fabrication leased a 5,000-square-foot warehouse at 528 Noble #108. Kirk Atamian of RE/MAX Success/RE/MAX Commercial represented the landlord and tenant.
In Fresno, 6481 Blackstone Laundromat, LLC leased 2,806 square feet at 6481 N. Blackstone Ave. from SVP Partners, LLC. Bryan Cifranic and Doug Cords of Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. were agents in cooperation with Brandon Takemoto and Zack Kaufman of Colliers International.
Office leases
Viceroy Improvement, LLC, doing business as Da Bella, leased 4,067 square feet of office space at 6051 N. Fresno St., Suite 101, in Fresno from JND Holdings and Grantor Real Estate Investments, Inc. Luke Tessman of Newmark Pearson Commercial was the agent in cooperation with Andy Samudio of KW Commercial.
Brandon Bloom Services, Inc. leased 3,010 square feet of office space at 6425 N. Palm Ave., Suite 101, in Fresno from S & B Enterprises, LLC. Luke Tessman of Newmark Pearson Commercial was the agent in cooperation with Brandon Lamonica of Fortune Associates.
