IDEAL Capital Group, a multifamily real estate investment firm based in Clovis, has acquired Ecco Park, a 360-unit apartment complex in Canal Winchester, Ohio, continuing the expansion of the company’s portfolio across the country and the Columbus metropolitan area.

This latest acquisition is IDEAL’s fourth major investment in the Columbus market and follows its March purchase of The Grandview Collection. With nearly 700 units now under management across the Columbus market.

Company officials said in a news release that Columbus’ population growth, diverse employment base and stable renter demand and main factors that are continuing to drive investment in the area.

Ecco Park is located southeast of Columbus and gives residents a variety of amenities and modern floor plans at pricing below many Columbus-area submarkets. 

“Ecco Park is a natural extension of what we have been building in Columbus,” said Kevin Conway, managing director of IDEAL Capital Group. “Between these investments, we now have a meaningful platform in one of the most compelling Midwest markets, and we have the conviction and the capital to keep growing. Raising over $75 million in equity year to date is a reflection of the trust our investors place in IDEAL and the quality of opportunities we are bringing to market.”
