Top 10 national builder Century Communities announced Friday it is releasing five new Central Valley developments with more than 400 homesites from Chowchilla to Los Banos.

Colorado-based Century Communities said the new communities “showcase a versatile array of single-family homes from the high $300s, with contemporary open-concept layouts and on-trend included features-such as granite kitchen countertops and the builder’s Century Home ConnectT smart home package.”
