A dozen Central Valley companies made the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S.

Several local companies, including Wellpointe Inc., Boos and Associates, Lee’s Air and Empower Home Services, outperformed their 2025 rankings.

The list is compiled by business media brand Inc. and ranks participating private companies on three-year revenue growth, from 2022 to 2025.

Modesto agency leads

A Modesto advertising and marketing firm posted the highest regional placement. Melodiq Agency ranked No. 417 with 834% revenue growth over three years.

Fresno health care company Wellpointe Inc. ranked next among local firms at No. 625 with 549% growth. It was the fourth consecutive year on the list for the provider of residential assisted living services, and its highest placement to date, ranking 690 in 2025. Wellpointe was co-founded in 2007.

“Earning a place on the Inc. 5000 for the fourth consecutive year — and achieving our highest ranking yet — is a direct reflection of our team’s continued commitment to democratizing access to quality housing and care for older adults,” said George Kutnerian, co-founder and CEO.

Fresno accounting and consulting firm Boos and Associates ranked No. 1,031 with 341% growth, up from No. 1,808 last year, according to the company. The certified public accounting firm was founded in 2004.

In February, Boos and Associates CEO Wayne Boos was named one of the winners of the 2026 CEO of the Year awards by The Business Journal.

Longtime honorees return to ranking

American Tree Medics of Merced, an environmental services company, placed No. 1,621 with 215% growth.

Fresno faith-based travel agency Inspiration Travel ranked No. 2,017 with 169% growth. Founded in 1981, the second-generation family business specializes in Christian cruises and tours of the Holy Land in Israel.

Inspiration Travel CEO Stephanie Smith was also named a 2026 CEO of the Year award winner by The Business Journal.

Modesto IT services firm RyanTech placed No. 2,233 with 151% growth.

Fresno’s Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating, a consumer services company, ranked No. 2,530 with 128% growth. The company was founded in 1981.

Ascend Real Estate and Property of Bakersfield placed No. 2,830 with 111% growth.

Fresno construction company Clark Bros. ranked No. 3,225 with 92% growth. It was the 10th consecutive year on the list for the company, according to Clark Bros. Founded in 1962, the company specializes in water and waste treatment, wind and solar energy, high-voltage electricity distribution and utility-scale battery storage.

Empower Home Services of Clovis, a solar installation company, placed No. 4,180 with 54% growth. It was the fourth consecutive year on the list for the company, according to Empower.

Precision Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Physical Therapy of Visalia, a health care company, ranked No. 4,242 with 51% growth. The company known as PRO-PT is approaching its 25th anniversary.

Grapevine MSP of Bakersfield, an IT services firm, placed No. 4,440 with 43% growth.

Nashville health care firms tops ranking

Among the 5,000 companies on this year’s list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies added more than 627,208 jobs over the past three years, according to Inc.

Topping the national list is Main Street Health, a Nashville, Tennessee, company that reported 546,533% growth. The company partners with small-town health clinics to provide “health navigators” who offer coordinated follow-up care for seniors on Medicare, according to Inc. Main Street Health reported nearly $4 billion in revenue last year and has scaled into 24 states.
