Eggbred, a growing breakfast franchise founded by a celebrity chef, is coming to Clovis.

The fast-casual restaurant serves traditional breakfast favorites reimagined by chef and company CEO Albert Shim, who has appeared on The Food Network and The Travel Channel.

Popular menu items include a loaded “Scramble Me Softly” breakfast sandwich, which is filled with buttery French-style, softly scrambled eggs, as well as country fried chicken and gravy sandwich and a breakfast poutine, served over its signature spiraled beer battered potatoes.

Shim opened the first Eggbred restaurant in La Habra back in 2020 and has since expanded the business to 17 locations, with several set to open in cities such as Bakersfield, Brentwood, San Diego and more.

Eggbred’s Clovis location will be located at 1127 North Willow Ave #105, near the Trader Joe’s at Willow and Nees avenues, according to a lease report. Efforts to reach the franchise were unsuccessful.
