Northern Village Shopping Center — a 30,751-square-foot retail center in north Fresno that includes the former TGI Fridays — has been sold.
Commercial brokerage Retail California announced the news in a social media post last week.
The center is located on the southeast corner of Herndon Avenue and First Street and was anchored by TGI Fridays before the restaurant’s 2024 closure after 45 years at the same location.
The property sees approximate daily traffic counts of 140,778, according to Retail California.
Northern Village is less than a mile from Highway 41 and is near Kaiser Permanente and Saint Agnes Medical Center. The center includes Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Phoenician Garden Mediterranean Bar and Grill and more.
The center is a mile away from Cedar Tree Village Shopping Center, which went on the market last week at a $21 million list price.
Fresno County documents recorded on Jan. 20 show that the grantor assuming the deed on Northern Village was KC Family Holding Company LLC and the grantee was American United Life Insurance Company and Northern Village Associates LP.
