Orloff Jewelers is marking a milestone summer with a major remodeling and expansion of its Fig Garden Village showroom — and the Fresno institution is inviting the community along for the ride.

Starting May 1, the third-generation family jeweler will launch a remodeling sale featuring up to 60% off select merchandise, kicking off what promises to be a transformative year for one of the Central Valley’s most enduring retailers.

The sale sets the stage for a full showroom renovation that will bring expanded retail space, a new watch boutique, and enhanced private consultation areas to the Fig Garden Village location — the store’s first significant overhaul since a 2012 expansion.

“For three generations, our family has believed that Orloff Jewelers is about more than jewelry — it’s about people and the moments we share together,” said Mary Ann Orloff. “This remodeling sale is a way for us to celebrate that relationship with our community while we prepare the store for its next phase.”

The history behind the remodel runs deep. Founded in Downtown Fresno in 1955, Orloff operated a second location at Manchester Center in the 1960s before consolidating at Fig Garden Village, where it has been rooted since 1982. The store grew in 2012 when it acquired the adjacent former Warner Company Jewelers space — the footprint it now prepares to reimagine.

“This evolution reflects our commitment to continually enhancing the experience we offer our clients,” Maxwell Orloff said. “We’re excited to invite the community to celebrate with us.”

During the sale, Orloff Jewelers will operate extended hours, open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. beginning May 1. The store will be closed Sunday, May 10; Saturday, May 16; and Sunday, May 17.
