Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) is hosting its first ever Virtual Career Fair on Thursday in an effort to bring new talent into the providers network.

Applicants will have the opportunity to join one of two Zoom meetings from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., where a representative of Visalia-based FHCN will be available to address questions, receive resumes and discuss network opportunities.

This event will serve as an opportunity to reach new talent from around the world and bring a variety of health care options to Central California, said President and CEO of FHCN Kerry Hydash.

“We want to continue our growth and expansion with the brightest and most talented health care providers possible,” said Hydash. “Our goal is to give quality providers an easy avenue to meet with our Recruitment team, share their experiences with us, and learn why Family HealthCare Network is the perfect place for their career to flourish.”

FHCN’s team regularly travels across the country to recruit new candidates and share FHCN’s mission to new pools of health care providers.

This event was organized in an effort to help the team reach a wider group of potential candidates they would otherwise not be able to reach due to travel and distance.

“As an organization, we regularly offer travel and housing arrangements to prospective new employees when they’re considering a position at Family HealthCare Network. We work in tandem with each new provider to make sure their transition is comfortable,” said Hydash. “However, no matter how adept our teams may be at finding new providers, the barriers created by travel and distance will always remain.”

Hydash shared that FHCN is excited to regularly incorporate this new style of career fair moving forward and sees it as an opportunity to meet new recruiters from the comfort of their own homes and inform them on the opportunities Central California has to offer.
