Visalia’s food scene is about to get a little grazier, with the opening of Graze Craze, a charcuterie concept specializing in fresh, high-quality grazing boards and boxes.

Now open at 3833 W. Caldwell Ave. in Visalia, Graze Craze’s charcuterie experts – known as Grazologists – feature a selection of arranged grazing boards and picnic boxes showcasing fresh fruits, vegetables, gourmet meats and cheeses, sweets, nuts and more.

The fast growing company currently has 47 store locations with nearly 40 stores coming soon, according to the company’s website.

The store is run by the husband-wife team of Overlin and Holly Zamora who have spent nearly 30 years in the tech and education industries. The Zamoras were drawn to the concept of Graze Craze for its potential to bring people together over food and community memories.

“We’re overjoyed that we get to share something so unique with the Central Valley community,” said Overlin Zamora. “It’s been amazing experiencing people’s reactions when they see and taste the grazing boards for the first time – their smiles are infectious, and we’re proud to create memorable moments for locals.”

Featuring meat-based boards and boxes, vegetarian options like the Vegegrazian, and sweet and savory options, Graze Craze is open for pick-up orders, as well as catering and free local delivery.

Graze Craze is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Graze Craze is closed on Mondays.
