Fresno-based United Security Bancshares has announced a fourth-quarter stock dividend of 1 percent.
The stock dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of Jan. 3, 2017, and will be issued on Jan. 13, 2017.
This is the 33rd consecutive quarterly stock dividend for the bank since initiated in 2008.
