California Autism Center in Fresno has the highest spot in the Central Valley on a list of the 5,000 fastest-growing companies in the United States.

Headed by founder and COO William Forath, California Autism Center provides applied behavior analysis therapy to children who are diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum. According to the annual Inc. 5000 list, the Center has seen three-year growth of 1,111 percent, bringing in $4 million in 2017 revenue and employing 105 people, putting them at No. 459.

Also on the list was Meathead Movers. Based in San Luis Obispo, but with a location in Fresno, they have seen a growth of 101 percent, putting them at No. 3652. This is their seventh consecutive year on the list—an accomplishment only attained by 3.5 percent of all Inc. 5000 businesses
