With a staff of five (5) Medical Providers – four (4) of which are FMCSA DOT Certified – workers comp patients, drivers, examinees, and applicants are provided with ready access and availability without the hassle or wait. We are open Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, conveniently located off the Bullard Avenue Exit and Highway 41 for easy on and off freeway access.
