(AP) — Authorities are investigating another security breach at Mineta San Jose International Airport after a transient somehow made his way onto a restricted airfield.

KNTV in the San Francisco Bay Area reports that an electrician saw the man early Thursday and called airport police.

Airport spokeswoman Rosemary Barns says a review is underway to determine how to prevent another incident.

It’s at least the 10th time an intruder has gotten onto San Jose’s airfield since the start of 2014, and it happened despite security upgrades such as higher perimeter fencing.

In the most publicized incident, a teenager scaled the fence in 2014 and survived a flight to Hawaii in a jet wheel well.

The Associated Press reported this year that San Jose was tied for the fifth most perimeter-security breaches nationally since 2004.
