Realty Concepts late last month cut the ribbon on its new Oakhurst office, christening the new home of its 14 agents covering the mountain communities.
JP Shamshoian, president of Realty Concepts, said the brokerage has had a presence in Oakhurst for the last decade, previously operating out of a 1,500 square-foot office in the Vons shopping center.
They moved into the new office at 40047 CA-41, Suite A, back in December. At 2,000 square-feet, it’s a larger home for Realty Concepts, which purchased the property.
“It’s a vibrant community, Oakhurst, Coarsegold and Bass Lake,” Shamshoian said. “Cabins, houses and land — we sell it all.”
Realty Concepts has offices in Fresno, Clovis and Oakhurst.
