NOTICE INVITING BIDS PURSUANT TO PUBLIC CONTRACT CODE 22000, ET SEQ.
(THE UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT)
Notice is hereby given that the Fresno Unified School DISTRICT (“DISTRICT”) will receive sealed bids for Bid No. 26-10, Fresno Unified Service Center Bus Electric Vehicle Improvements, to install new electric bus charging infrastructure .
Prime Contractor must have a valid Class “C-10” Contractor’s License.
The time allowed for completion for the project shall be 45 Calendar days.
 The Architect/Engineers’ estimate for this project is around $235,012 (estimate as of June 2025).
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference has been scheduled at 9:00 AM, July 29, 2025 in front of the Purchasing Office at the Service Center, 4498 N. Brawley, Fresno CA 93722.  Contractors bidding as a Prime Contractor for the project must attend in order for their bid to be “responsive”.  Immediately following the pre-bid conference will be a mandatory job-walk of the site(s).
Sealed Bids must be received prior to 2:00 P.M. on August 12, 2025  on Procureware, the DISTRICT’s online bidding portal, after which time the bids will be opened and bid results posted.
Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or a bidder’s bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to Fresno Unified.

REQUEST FOR BIDS
NORTH KINGS GSA MONITORING WELLS
In general, the Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to drill and install up to ten (10) groundwater monitoring wells located in Fresno County. The work includes but is not limited to, appropriate permitting, traffic control, and pre-drilling work such as site preparation for required equipment access if needed, and site restoration once the wells are completed. The bid for ten (10) monitoring wells may be awarded in any quantity or combination. 1) Sealed bids will be received by the North Kings Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA) at the office of Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group prior to 2:00:00 p.m. (local time) on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 at 455 W. Fir Avenue, Clovis, CA 93611, and following said deadline all bids will be publicly opened and read.  Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder, the name of the project and the statement “Do Not Open Until the Time of Bid Opening.” Bids received after said deadline will be returned unopened to the bidder. 2) A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday July 28th, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (local time) at the office of Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group at 455 W. Fir Avenue, Clovis, CA 93611.
