NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on May 17, 2018 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, the City Council of the City of Parlier will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting at Parlier City Hall, City Council Chambers, 1100 E. Parlier Avenue, Parlier, CA 93648 to conduct the following business:
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER an update to the City of Parlier’s Planning, Building, and Engineering Fees. The City Council will consider an update to the fees charged to applicants for the review and processing of development permits and related actions, building plan review and inspection, and engineering design review and inspection. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66016(a), the data and information from which the proposed fees are derived will be made available for public review at Parlier City Hall during normal business hours beginning not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
All interested persons are invited to appear at the time and place specified above to give testimony regarding the proposed actions listed above. Written comments may be forwarded to the City of Parlier Community Development Department at 1100 E. Parlier Avenue.
