NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the State Center Community College District (“District”) invites and will receive sealed bids (“Bids”) from general contractors (“Contractor(s)” or “Bidder(s)”) for the furnishing to District of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for the following project (“Project”):
PROJECT NAME:   PRIVATE LTE CONNECTIVITY, WEST FRESNO CAMPUS, FRESNO CITY COLLEGE, BID 2425-25C, CUPCCAA
PROJECT SCOPE:
This project involves removing a 6-strand fiber optic cable between ATC-A and the Electrical Service Yard and replacing it with a 24-strand OS2 single-mode cable, including terminations and testing. New underground conduit pathways will be installed to new pull boxes for a separate Musco pole project (pole installation not included in this SOW). A weather-tight pathway for a future GPS antenna will also be installed within the ATC-A building. Additionally, fiber optic cable and electrical connections will be extended to a new Musco Equipment Yard, where power and telecom equipment will be installed, including stubbed conduits for future Musco pole connections.
BIDS DUE:
Bids will be received no later than May 15, 2025 prior to 2:00 pm, via PlanetBids.
All bids shall be submitted electronically through PlanetBids Vendor portal to be accepted.  Incomplete, late, inaccurate, or untrue responses or information provided therein by a bidder shall be grounds for the District to reject such submissions for non-responsiveness. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the Due Date.
Bids must be electronically submitted on the forms prepared by the District and included in the contract documents located on PlanetBids Vendor portal.
Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the District as a California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Commission (“CUPCCAA”) approved contractor and encouraged to prequalify for this project and other CUPCCAA projects by completing the form available at: PlanetBids.

CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE(S):

NOTICE OF PUBLIC INTERNET AUCTION ON JUNE 13, 2025
OF TAX-DEFAULTED PROPERTY FOR DELINQUENT TAXES
(Notice pursuant to Section 3702, Revenue and Taxation Code)
On December 17th, 2024, I, Oscar J. Garcia, CPA, Fresno County Tax Collector, was directed by the Board of Supervisors of Fresno County, California, by its Resolution No. 24-388, to conduct a public auction of tax-defaulted real property.  The tax-defaulted properties being offered for sale are subject to the tax collector’s power of sale.
Fresno County’s re-offer public auction or re-offer tax sale in accordance of R & T Code Section 3692(e) will take place on the Internet and will start at 8:00 A.M. Pacific Time on Friday, June 13th, 2025 at https://fresnocounty.california.taxdefaultsale.com/. The properties will be sold at the Internet auction to the highest bidder, for not less than the minimum bid shown. At the time of registration, bidders must submit a refundable deposit of $5,000.00 electronically at https://fresnocounty.california.taxdefaultsale.com/. The deposit will be applied to the successful bidder’s purchase price.  Electronic Fund Transfer of cash in lawful money of the United States will be the only medium accepted for payment.
Fresno County does not provide computer workstations that are available to the public for submitting bids.
