Notice is hereby given that Fresno Unified School District (DISTRICT) is soliciting Request for Proposals for RFP No. 25-24, Expanded Learning Enrollment & Attendance Platform. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a vendor to provide a single online platform for Expanded Learning Programs to register, enroll, enter and track attendance, and provide outreach that will serve the diverse needs of our students and families for three (3) years with the option of up to two (2) one-year renewals.
A Pre-conference regarding statement of qualifications submittal is scheduled Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The virtual Pre-conference will be hosted via Teams with options to join online or over the phone. Instructions are posted on Procureware.
Proposals will be received prior to 2:00 P.M. on February 25, 2025 on Procureware, the District’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home.
