The scope of work includes but is not limited to; Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required to construct the 911 Emergency Call Center project. The project includes site preparation and grading, landscaping, utilities, on-site improvements, and building construction. Notice is hereby given that the Fresno Unified School DISTRICT (“DISTRICT”) will receive sealed bids for Bid No. 25-22, Terronez Middle School Kitchen and Locker Room Make-up Air Unit Replacements, to replace supply and exhaust fans and install a roof top heat pump AC for the kitchen and install make-up air and exhaust fans for the locker rooms.
DISTRICT hereby notifies all bidders that they will affirmatively ensure that in any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, creed, sex or national origin in consideration for award. The Fresno County Board of Supervisors is giving notice that at their regularly scheduled meeting on January 28, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Fresno County Hall of Records, Board of Supervisors Chambers, 3rd Floor, 2281 Tulare Street, Fresno, California, they will consider adoption of the ordinance summarized below.
SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
The Ordinance to amend Chapter 4.04 to Title 4 of the County of Fresno Ordinance Code (the “Ordinance Amendment”), sets out amended language as related to the lease of license of any real property for use by the County; namely, that such lease or license of real property with private entities or governmental agencies, and subject to the provisions prescribed in Government Code section 25350.51, may be negotiated and executed in the name of the County, as lessee, by the County Administrative Officer or Director of General Services; and to waive the reading of the proposed Ordinance Amendment in its entirety and adopt the proposed Ordinance Amendment.

CITY OF FOWLER CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Regular Meeting, January 21, 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the Fowler City Council will hold a hearing at the City Hall Council Chamber at 128 S. 5th Street, Fowler, California to consider the following:
City of Fowler Planning Fee and Development Impact Fee Schedule for 2025. The City Council will consider an update to the City of Fowler’s Planning Fee and Development Impact Fee Schedule for calendar year 2025. Such updates would result in an inflationary increase in fees collected to process development projects. This increased cost will cover the current estimated reasonable cost of providing such services. Additionally, a new fee will be established for the Zone Clearance process. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66016(a), the data and information from which the proposed fees are derived shall be made available for public review at Fowler City Hall during normal business hours beginning not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
The City Council invites your participation and the public is welcome to speak at the hearing on the proposed updates. If you challenge any City Council action in court, you may be limited to challenge only those issues raised at the Planning Commission or City Council public hearings.
Meeting material(s), staff report(s), and a telephone number to provide access to the City Council meeting via teleconference will be available to the public at least three days prior to the hearing and may be reviewed at www.fowlercity.org.
