The Organic Stone Fruit Jubilee, the only all-volunteer food event of its kind in the U.S., will be held in Clovis on June 25.

Local family farmers created the Organic Stone Fruit Jubilee nine years ago, and its the only festival celebrating stone fruit in the U.S., according to organizers.

There will be free samples of up to 40 varieties of peaches, plums, pluots, nectarines, apricots and more. Case de Tamales, Dusty Buns, Mattie’s Pizza, Ampersand and La Boulangerie will also be on hand selling stone fruit artisan treats

There will also be live entertainment, farm tours, a kids craft corner, pie-making demo and even a Japanese tea ceremony.

This year the jubilee is dedicated to the memory of Kristina’s Natural Ranch Market Found Jim Belcher, who died in March.

The jubilee is June 25th from 5 to 8 p.m. at the MOA Oasis Gardens, a 10-acre farm at 5790 Indianola Ave. in Clovis.

Tickets are $5 and kids under 12 are free.
