Under the Covers Mattress ShowRoom will celebrate its grand opening at the River Park Shopping Center this weekend with a two-day parking lot party featuring live music, food trucks and more.

The event, taking place this Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in between Bob’s Discount Furniture and Ashley’s Furniture at 7494 N. Blackstone Ave., will feature live music from Foreigner Unauthorized, Buck Ford, John Pemberton, Houston Ave., Jaded and more, as well as food trucks from Fresno Street Eats and a beer garden.

Proceeds from the beer garden will be donated to the Pink Heals Foundation — a global nonprofit providing pathways for giving that drives solutions for individuals and communities in need.

The two-day event will also feature games and giveaways including a chance to win a new mattress .

Under the Covers Mattress ShowRoom opened in 2003 in Clovis and has five locations throughout California. In addition to locations in Clovis and now Fresno, the company also has stores in Hanford, Paso Robles and Santa Maria.
