Potential homebuyers got their first up-close looks at Visalia’s newest home community Saturday.

That’s when San Joaquin Valley Homes and Presidio Residential Capital held a grand opening at Greystone, offering 124 single-family homes priced for sale from the high $200,000 range.

Visitors toured three completed homes in the seven-model development and received free donuts and tacos.

“Interest in this ideally located community has been through the roof, and sales have been brisk, even though the models weren’t finished until now,” Danny Garcia, vice president of sales for SJV Homes, said in a press release. “We can’t wait to show off these stunning homes offering the ultimate flexibility for both young families and empty nesters. There’s truly something here for everyone.”

The Tuscan-style homes include one- and two-story plans with three to five bedrooms and two- to three-and-a-half baths. The homes will range in size from 1,658-3,205 square feet on lots averaging 7,400 square feet.

Greystone is located at 4918 W. Payson Ave, near the intersection of Riggin Avenue and North Akers Street, less than four miles from downtown Visalia and about four miles east of Highway 99.

The sales office is open Sunday-Monday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
