A new Chinese restaurant is hosting its grand opening in Fresno on June 18 at 10:30 a.m.

Tang Yuan Seafood Restaurant at 760 W. Bullard Ave. will feature Cantonese-style fare and boasts features such as a full bar, seafood tanks and VIP rooms.

The nine seafood tanks will include offerings such as abalone, Australian lobster, Alaskan king crab, geoduck, leopard coral trout and more.

All of the fresh seafood is cooked to order.

“If you are in a rush and do not have time for our dining experience, we also have The Tang Yuan BBQ TO-GO restaurant adjacent to the Seafood Restaurant,” according to a news release. “The BBQ TO- GO area offers Roast Duck, Roast Pork, Steamed Chicken, BBQ Ribs and many more. At the BBQ TO-GO section you are able to order Whole Roasted Pig or Piglets for your own parties.”

The restaurant will create 100 new jobs.
