This past weekend, McCaffrey Homes hosted a grand opening to showcase its new community at Tesoro Viejo, called The Boulevard. The collection, located at The Plaza village in the Madera County Community, has floor plans priced in the $300,000s.
The homes are named for their prominent location at the corner of two main boulevards within the community. The Boulevard at Tesoro Viejo will feature three two-story floor plans ranging from 1,227 to 1,651 square feet with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The open-concept floor plans offer spacious primary bedrooms, kitchen islands with seating, and low-maintenance yards, according to a news release.
Amenities at Tesoro Viejo include the resort-style Ranch House Clubhouse with pools and cabanas, over 15 miles of trails, various neighborhood parks including a dog park, and year-round events.
“McCaffrey Homes is a name synonymous with quality home building here in California’s Central Valley,” said Tesoro Viejo’s Shelle Hartmann in a news release. “We’re excited for this newest collection of smart, modern floor plans to be unveiled that will be a great addition to our available new home collections here at Tesoro Viejo.”
