David L. Cooper of Fresno purchased the local franchise, which serves Fresno, Madera Clovis, Reedley Sanger and surrounding communities.
HomeVestors of America, Inc. is based in Dallas, Texas, and its franchisees have purchased more than 65,000 homes since 1996.
