Local homebuilder Bonadelle Neighborhoods is going the extra mile this holiday season with its commitment to match every gift donation made to Valley Children’s Hospital through its Caring Tree program.

Since the Caring Tree program launched in 2014, Bonadelle Neighborhoods and its communities have given over 500 toys to children and families at Valley Children’s.

“The families at Valley Children’s Hospital are committed to helping their child during their stay at the hospital,” Vice President of Bonadelle Neighborhoods Lisa Bonadelle, said in a statement. “We love being a part of a program that helps support these families who give so much of themselves to care for their children and siblings at the hospital.”

The program runs through Dec. 16, and community members wishing to donate can visit one of three Caring Tree locations at the following Bonadelle Neighborhoods’ Welcome Centers: The Grove, 1148 E. Cordova Ave. in Clovis; Country Court, 2923 W. Cecil in Visalia; and Bella Vista, 21130 Lago Bello Lane in Friant. At the Caring Tree, participants select an ornament and purchase a gift based on the category indicated on the back of it. Then, they bring the wrapped toy back to be placed under the tree.

Bonadelle Neighborhood residents who participate are encouraged to write their name and community in which they live on the ornament and attach it as a gift tag to their donation
