Local Mr. Appliance owner Dylan Conner was recently named 2015 Franchisee of the Year by the chain for his Hanford business.

According to a statement from the company, the honor is given each year to a Mr. Appliance franchisee exhibiting quality customer service, consistent growth, proper training and management of the organization and consistently high sales volume. 

The award is the highest recognition that can be earned by a franchisee in the network. Conner previously earned the title in 2011. 

“I’m honored to be named the 2015 Franchisee of the Year and grateful to have our success and hard work be recognized,” he said. “The Mr. Appliance team has been a valued partner and support system since I launched my franchise in 2009, and I look forward to continuing to work together to deliver exceptional service to residents throughout the Monterey-Santa Cruz community.”

Conner is a third-generation appliance worker, whose father and grandfather both owned appliance businesses during his childhood. Since joining the Mr. Appliance network, he has expanded the service area to parts of the coast.
