For the first time, Granville Homes is opening a showcase home from its line of semi-custom homes.

The launch of the showcase home will take place at noon on Saturday at The Links at Copper River Ranch, located at 11389 Balmoral Ave. in Fresno.

This Plan Three home is available at the Whisper Creek community in Clovis, or can be built on one of the company’s few remaining golf course lots at The Links at Copper River Ranch.

Homebuyers who buy a homesite at The Links have options — they can build one of Granville’s semi-custom homes, or they can bring in their own custom builder.

Homesites at The Links range from just over 11,000 square feet to 17,000-plus square feet.

Copper River Country Club is the centerpiece of this master-planned community, which provides a challenging championship 18-hole, par-72 golf course, a complete tennis center, fitness facility, pool pavilion and other five-star country club-like amenities.
