  •
  • No. 40 worldwide: Fresno ranks No. 40 among qualifying cities for estimated spending per 10,000 adults, with the model showing a 20.9% increase from its previous estimate.

  • $29.3 million across five counties: Fresno, Tulare, Merced, Madera and Kings counties combine for an estimated $29.26 million in OnlyFans spending, led by Fresno County at $13.66 million.

Fresno represents an estimated $11.68 million in OnlyFans spending in a new analysis of the subscription content platform’s global economy.

The OnlyFans Wrapped 2026 index from OnlyFinder ranks Fresno No. 72 among cities worldwide by total estimated spending.

On a per-adult basis, Fresno ranks even higher: No. 40 among qualifying cities worldwide, at an estimated $274,672 in spending per 10,000 adults. That’s up 20.9% from the model’s previous estimate of $227,288 per 10,000 adults.

Fresno ranks ahead of cities including Nashville, Seattle, New York, Chicago, Denver, Sacramento and San Francisco on the per-adult measure.

The findings come with an important caveat: They aren’t transaction-level records showing how much individual Fresno residents actually paid OnlyFans.

OnlyFinder instead developed a model using audited global spending reported by OnlyFans’ parent company, Google search demand and the company’s own search-to-revenue data.

Here’s a look at Fresno and the Central Valley by the numbers.

$11.68 million

OnlyFinder’s estimate of total OnlyFans spending attributed to Fresno.

That puts Fresno at No. 72 among the cities in the study by total estimated spending.

The city accounts for about 0.24% of estimated U.S. spending in the model.

No. 40

Fresno’s ranking among qualifying cities worldwide based on estimated spending per 10,000 adults.

OnlyFinder puts Fresno at $274,672 per 10,000 adults, up 20.9% from its previous estimate.

Portland, Oregon, tops the global city ranking at $455,291 per 10,000 adults, followed by Los Angeles at $449,557 and Raleigh, North Carolina, at $441,106.

OnlyFinder requires cities to have at least 200,000 adults to qualify for its per-adult rankings, along with other data-quality requirements intended to limit small-sample distortions.

$13.66 million

Estimated total OnlyFans spending in Fresno County.

Fresno County’s per-adult estimate is $167,875 per 10,000 adults, up 25.3% from $133,993 in the model’s previous estimate.

That places Fresno County No. 135 among qualifying U.S. counties on the per-adult measure. OnlyFinder’s methodology nests counties within state totals and allocates spending using Google search activity.

$29.26 million

Combined estimated spending across Fresno, Tulare, Merced, Madera and Kings counties.

Fresno County accounts for the largest portion at $13.66 million, followed by Tulare County at $7.47 million and Merced County at $4.09 million.

Madera County accounts for another $2.23 million, while Kings County accounts for approximately $1.82 million.

Among the counties large enough to qualify for OnlyFinder’s per-adult rankings, Tulare County has the highest rate of the group at $195,928 per 10,000 adults, followed by Merced County at $174,900 and Fresno County at $167,875. The study lists Merced County’s increase at about 13%.

Madera and Kings counties don’t appear in the per-adult rankings because OnlyFinder requires counties to have at least 200,000 adults to qualify.

$617.2 million

Estimated OnlyFans spending attributed to California.

California is the largest U.S. market by total dollars in OnlyFinder’s index, accounting for approximately 13% of U.S. spending.

The state’s estimate works out to $199,598 per 10,000 adults, placing California No. 10 among qualifying states and the District of Columbia on a per-adult basis.

$4.8 billion

Estimated OnlyFans spending attributed to the United States.

OnlyFinder’s model puts the U.S. at approximately 62% of global spending, more than all other countries combined.

The U.S. also ranks first among countries on a per-adult basis, at an estimated $180,514 per 10,000 adults.

$7.8 billion

The global spending figure underlying OnlyFinder’s model.

The estimate is anchored to $7.76 billion in gross site volume reported by OnlyFans parent company Fenix International Ltd. for the fiscal year ended Nov. 30, 2025, according to the study.

Gross site volume represents payments made by fans before OnlyFans takes its share. OnlyFinder says creators kept approximately $6.2 billion, while the platform retained about $1.55 billion.

How the study calculated local spending

Despite its “2026” name, the index shouldn’t be interpreted as a running tally of OnlyFans transactions made during calendar year 2026.

OnlyFinder says its 2026 figures geographically allocate the latest audited gross site volume reported by OnlyFans’ parent company. Its 2025 comparison figures use the same allocation model rescaled to the previous global spending total of $7.22 billion.

To estimate where that spending occurred, OnlyFinder says it analyzed two years of Google search demand covering 14,527 keywords across 217 countries and 292 cities. After cleaning the data, the company says its analysis contained more than 177 million keyword, location and monthly search-volume data points.

OnlyFinder weighted that search activity using revenue-per-search information from its advertising network and World Bank income data. Country estimates were reconciled with the geographic revenue breakdown in Fenix International’s financial filings.

Cities were then assigned a portion of their country’s estimated spending based on their share of search activity. U.S. states and counties were modeled using a similar approach, with counties nested within state totals.

The result is an estimate of where OnlyFans spending is concentrated — not a record of actual OnlyFans transactions made by Fresno or Central Valley residents.
