Patrons can now use their smart phones for entry at Ticketmaster events held at the Saroyan Theatre, Selland Arena, Valdez Hall and the Fresno Convention Center.

After a six-month wait, the Fresno Convention and Entertainment Center (FCEC) has received 20 news ticket scanners from Ticketmaster capable of scanning all types of smart phones. This means those purchasing tickets online no longer have to worry about printing out the tickets at home.

While printed tickets will still be accepted, mobile entry allows easier access to patron’s tickets. FCEC is proud to offer this convenience to its guests.

Implementation of the ticket scanners is the latest update made to FCEC centers to enhance visitor experience. Throughout 2016, FCEC buildings have seen substantial updates, with the Fresno Convention Center’s interior remodel and the Saroyan Theatre’s new of a state-of-the-art Assistive Listening Device System and supplemental sound system.
