A Central Valley dispatch services company said it is rebranding, reflecting its commitment to better service its customers.

The Exchange, a major answering and messaging service, is rebranding its towing and dispatch services as 24/7 Dispatch, according to a news release.

24/7 Dispatch is a division of the Professional Exchange Service Corporation, which has its corporate office in Fresno, and another office in Turlock.

Based in Fresno, 24/7 Dispatch provides dispatch solutions for towing companies to make sure client drivers are dispatched in a prompt and efficient manner to meet the needs of customers.

Dispatchers will now be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to process requests quickly.

Customers can use the company’s services on demand based on specific needs, allowing clients to pay only for what they use.

“We are excited to introduce our new brand, 24/7 Dispatch, which highlights our dedication to providing top-notch dispatch services,” said Matthew Haas, president and CEO at 24/7 Dispatch.

“This rebranding reflects our continued commitment to our clients.”

For its rebranding, 24/7 has launched a new website: https://247dispatch.com.
