Omni Development Group of Visalia is the applicant behind a proposed McDonald’s and Dutch Bros at the northeast corner of Ashlan and Polk avenues in Fresno.
That’s according to a planned development filing with the Fresno planning department dated March 8.
The site is located northwest of Central East High School.
Omni Development Group is a Visalia-based full service development company. Completed projects on its website include several gas station/convenience stores, a Clovis Starbucks and more.
A message seeking left with Omni Development Group was not returned Monday morning.
Panera, Starbucks for Visalia
Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. in Fresno reported a pair of leases for new eateries coming to north Visalia.
RP Investment Properties, LP, leased 3,462 square feet at the northwest corner of Dinuba Boulevard and Riggin Avenue in Visalia to Panera Bread. Doug Cords with Commercial Retail Associates was agent in cooperation with Lewis Smith of Retail California.
RP Investment Properties also leased 2,200 square feet to Starbucks in the same location. Doug Cords, Nathan Negri, Nathan Simpson, Jon Cox & Sam Bogdanovich with Commercial Retail Associates were the agents on that lease.
