A former Fresno State and NFL kicker has made a big splash in commercial real estate, announcing his new company has eclipsed half a billion dollars in sales.

After a 10-year career with Newmark Grubb Pearson Commercial, Brett Visintainer started Visintainer Group in 2018 with a goal to be customer-centric and innovative.

After about four years of operations, Visintainer Group has surpassed $500 million in sales volume, helping move 160 properties in a 15-state footprint.

“This is an exciting milestone and proud moment for our team,” Visintainer said in a statement. “We have been honored to work with Central Valley investors who have entrusted us with their real estate investment needs. We are grateful for the relationships we’ve forged and look forward to continuing to help our clients achieve their investment goals.”

Visintainer Group focuses on the Central Valley market, but their reach is national, he added. Through a network of brokers, owners, and developers, Visintainer Group has successfully brokered more than $150 million in out-of-state, off-market deals for clients.
