Commercial real estate broker and former NFL kicker Brett Visintainer has started his own Fresno-based commercial brokerage.
After a 10-year career with Newmark Grubb Pearson Commercial, Visintainer’s company, The Visintainer Group, specializes in the sale of commercial, multi-family and ag properties.
Before his career selling more than $225 million in commercial properties nationwide, Visintainer was a kicker on the Fresno State Bulldogs football team from 2000-2004, and then with the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys from 2005-2006.
The Visintainer Group consists of Visintainer and his wife Andrea as marketing director, along with multi-family agent Kevin Goessling , ag agent Phil Styles and Jessica Young as operations manager.
Visintainer earned the title of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), which is a distinction earned by fewer than 5 percent of real estate agents in the country, according to a news release. Commercial agents with the company are expected to have their CCIM within the first few years of working there.
Visintainer said the firm is customer-focused and innovative.
“Our strongest principles are ethics, honesty, and expertise,” he said in a statement. “We value relationships above all and believe it is our role to help people achieve their goals.”
