Veteran newspaper reporter David Castellon has joined the staff of The Business Journal. His beats include real estate, agriculture, manufacturing and distribution, transportation, construction and law.

 

A native of Southern California, Castellon has worked for daily newspapers across the country in Albany, Oregon; Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.; Ogden, Utah; Fort Worth, Texas; and Stockton, as well as for the weekly Air Force Times, Navy Times and Marine Corps Times newspapers.

Most recently, he covered the technology, environment, agriculture, science and ecology beats for Gannett newspapers in Visalia, Tulare and Salinas, and prior to that he covered city and county government and public-safety beats in Visalia and Tulare.
