The Fresno County Economic Development Corporation invites you to join us for our 15th Annual Real Estate Forecast on Wednesday, April 18 at the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel in Downtown Fresno. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and the program will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. Following the program there will be a cocktail reception which will continue until 9 p.m.

This exciting annual event will review the health of Fresno’s booming real estate industry and highlight how we are growing the California dream! This year the theme will be focusing the SPOTLIGHT on Fresno County, combining industry commentary, micro and macro analysis and predictions for the upcoming year. This event has always been an essential event for realtors, developers, investors, and business and civic leaders as well as a great networking opportunity.

In 2017 the market got hotter: inventory tightened, prices rose, mortgage rates barely budged, and, though new home construction picked up at the end of the year, it was not at the starter price points where new inventory is needed most. With few clear signs of supply relief and the impact of the new tax law still being digested, there are several expected effects our expert panelists will expound upon during their presentations. Nick Audino of Newmark Grubb Pearson Commercial will be moderating a panel of industry leaders discussing multiple real estate sectors; Robin Kane, Senior Vice President of The Mogharebi Group, will be presenting on Multi-Family; Brandon Gonzales, President of the Fresno Association of Realtors and CEO of Iron Key Real Estate, will discuss Residential; Jeffrey W. Lauritzen, of Cushman & Wakefield Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors, will present on Industrial; Stanley Kjar, of Pearson Realty, will speak on Agriculture; Tony Cortopassi, of Cushman & Wakefield Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors, will give an update on Office; Rachael Orlando, of Retail California and mastermind behind Cyclebar, will speak on Retail; and, being highlighted for the first time, Downtown Fresno will be discussed by Terance Frazier of TFS Investments!

As a guest that evening, you will walk the red carpet, have your picture taken, enjoy hors d’oeuvres and an incredible cocktail hour following the main event. You will also receive a complimentary publication that highlights and forecasts the real estate market including statistical data, market comparisons, and future projects within Fresno County.

Past events have included over 400 attendees. We look forward to seeing you at this educational event!

Tickets are on sale now at bit.ly/15realestate or you can call 559-476-2500 to reserve your spot today. Ticket costs are $25 for EDC members, $35 for the public prior to April 18th, and $40 during the day of the event.
