State Sen. Tom Berryhill will hold a workshop and community town hall meeting focusing on small business compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
The event, which will also include a discussion of ADA-related lawsuit abuse, will take place July 28 at the Falls Event Center, located at 4105 W. Figarden Dr. in Fresno.
Rachelle Taylor Golden of the California Civil Justice Foundation will be the featured speaker at the event, which also will provide an opportunity for attendees to ask questions about ADA compliance and other issues impacting small businesses.
