For more than a decade, AM/PM Medical Transportation Company Inc. has helped California residents overcome one of the most significant barriers to receiving healthcare — getting to their appointments.

Founded in 2013 by Rose V. Oganesyan, the company provides non-emergency medical transportation for seniors, individuals with disabilities and patients requiring additional assistance traveling to medical facilities.

The company completes thousands of patient transports annually, providing ambulatory, wheelchair and gurney transportation services. Its clients include Medi-Cal and Medicare beneficiaries, dialysis patients, skilled nursing facility residents and individuals attending specialized treatments and recurring medical appointments.

AM/PM partners with hospitals, healthcare providers, dialysis centers and community organizations to coordinate transportation, reduce missed appointments and help patients maintain continuity of care. The company also supports hospital discharges and facility transfers, providing transportation for patients transitioning between levels of care.

Its community contributions extend to local employment, workforce development and participation in health awareness initiatives and outreach programs benefiting vulnerable populations.

Through investments in driver training, safety standards and transportation technology, AM/PM continues working to improve service reliability and the patient experience.

For Oganesyan, the company’s impact extends beyond the number of trips completed, reflecting a commitment to helping patients access essential healthcare while strengthening the communities it serves.
